Mentice (publ), Gothenburg, a world leader in simulation solutions for image-guided interventional therapies, announced today that it has received an order from a top 20 global Med Tech leader, an existing customer of Mentice. This order, tailored to meet the client's evolving needs, is for a substantial number of additional Mentice VIST® G7 simulation solutions to complement their existing system fleet. This is the first of three orders related to the same project for systems and software with a total value exceeding 3.2 million USD. All three orders are expected during the second quarter and are related to the Mentice Americas region.

“These three orders represent a significant and continued commitment from this client. Over the past several years, we have been working together to build a global structure and support for the safe roll-out of medical device solutions,” says Göran Malmberg, the CEO of Mentice. “This order, once again, demonstrates the variability of our order intake, while it will significantly contribute to the performance of the second quarter.”

The order will be accounted for in the order book for the business area of the Medical Device Industry during the second quarter of 2024. Most of the products related to these orders will be delivered during the second and third quarters.
