Following the Press Release from December 27, 2021, that Mentice VIST ® Virtual Patient simulator will be included with the sale of every Corindus CorPath GRX Robotic system in China, Siemens Healthineers China confirmed an order of ten Mentice VIST simulator packages. The order comes shortly after China released a five-year plan for developing the robotics industry, with Health care applications being an integral part of that plan, according to reports by Omdia.

The Mentice Virtual Patient integration into the Siemens Healthineers CorPath GRX Robotic surgery system creates an immersive and patient-free training environment. Interventional specialists can acquire, retain, and enhance procedural skills as they transition into robotic-assisted vascular interventions.
