Patient-specific silicone vasculature

Enhance your training experience with our premium REFLEX Silicone Vessels, the ultimate choice for intensive and repeated use. Designed with precision, REFLEX vessels are meticulously treated with a specialized luminal surface coating. This innovative treatment meticulously replicates the genuine coefficient of friction found between medical devices and human vessels, providing authentic endovascular behavior and tactile feedback akin to navigating through a real vessel.

- Authentic endovascular feedback for realistic training sessions.
- Optimal visibility for effective learning and demonstration, even under imaging.
- Designed for durability and repeated use, ideal for device and hands- on training programs.

Reflex Silicone Vessels
Realistic Physiological Properties

Human vessel properties

REFLEX is treated with a luminal surface coating to replicate the true coefficient of friction between vessels and devices. This results in true endovascular behavior and feedback just as you would feel in a real vessel. The luminal treatment affects the visibility of the vessel and best results are maintained with replicator fluid or water. Users can experience true feedback with full visibility, as well as clear visibility under imaging.

Vessel properties are matched to human properties, yielding a highly reliable replicated anatomy.

Vessel properties can be further customized to fit varying needs.

The manufacturing process

All vascular anatomies are printed from patient-specific scans or designs (CT, MRI, 3DRA), literature values, or STLs.

These anatomies include, but are not limited to, aortic and thoracic aneurysms, strokes, cerebral aneurysms and AVMs, aortic valve disease, and more. Further modifications can be made to the geometry of the vessel as well as thickness and lubricious coating upon request.

3D printed cartridges

We offer two different varieties of material in our 3D printed cartridges, Invivotech® and Clear.

INVIVOTECH® and Clear cartridges supports:

- Physician training
- Anywhere/Anytime flexibility
- Patient clarity and demonstration

3D printed cartridges

INVIVOTECH®

INVIVOTECH® is our proprietary technology that integrates desired mechanical behavior into 3D printed anatomical twins, by combining soft and rigid materials at the microscopic level. Compatibility with imaging contrast agents and X-ray equipment enhances procedural visualization and usage inside Cath labs. The material and technique offers quick Patient specific order turnarounds.

Clear

Clear Cartridges are 3D printed using a transparent material that allows for training outside of the Cath lab because of its availability for direct visualization.
